Green Max Hotel

I’ve stayed at the Green Max Hotel twice already and can only say positive things this time as well; from arrival to departure everything worked perfectly and we felt very comfortable throughout our stay. I especially want to highlight the food—there was a very varied selection and the quality of the dishes was, as in my first stay, excellent, with something for every taste and always fresh and appealing. The service, the friendliness of the staff, and the overall atmosphere were again top; it’s clear that a lot of effort is put into making guests feel comfortable and enjoy a pleasant stay. Unfortunately, we were a bit disappointed with our room this time; compared to our previous stays, the room was noticeably smaller and the balcony was also very small, so we had significantly less space and comfort than before.

The sea, sand, and beach are wonderful; the entertainment team, shows, grounds, greenery, and singing birds are great, and the food is varied overall. The tired staff and public areas are already worn out and repainting here doesn’t help. The rooms stay clean and tidy, but the common areas overall need repair, especially the gym and the hammam area, which are very inconvenient. In the rain there are many people and nowhere to escape. The biggest downside is the very cold water in all the pools—while the sea is warm, the pools are icy!

For the price, everything is truly beautiful; everything you want is there, and the food is excellent. The rooms are old but that isn’t a big deal.

The price is great and everything feels wonderful; the facilities, staff, and food are all super, and there’s a new activity every minute. The rooms, however, need to be renovated.

“A nice relaxing holiday place, especially for families with a child”

The location is very conveniently close to the airport. With appropriate transfer, you can arrive the hotel and your room in a reasonable time after your flight. The hotel has a nice big garden for a little evening walk and feels roomy, unlike some larger resorts where everyone gets packed. There were plenty options for our son to keep him occupied and active throughout the day, and he enjoyed the space. The staff were all hard working, friendly, and helpful. Needed assistance with the safe in the room, and even after midnight a technician came to the room to solve the problem. He deserves a special thanks. Finally, the housekeeping team was very quick, clean and polite. Kept our room clean, tidy, and refreshed throughout our stay. The rooms in the building we stayed were a bit dated. This was especially visible in the bathroom/ bathtub. I think a bit of renovation will help a lot. The number of sun loungers could be increased, because every morning we needed to search for an unoccupied space. People were putting a single towel early morning (not all were beach towels) to occupy the space only to arrive at noon/ in the afternoon. Some hotels in the region have more strict and efficient policies for this
