The hosts were absolutely amazing, making us feel welcome all the time and arranging city shuttles. The property itself is beautiful and well maintained. We couldn't have asked for a better experience! The layout is somewhat confusing, as the entire property serves as a shared area among several owners and homes. I haven't personally encountered this setup, but it seems typical here, and it didn't stop us from having fun.

Great location, authentic vibe, and beautiful rooms that feel like home, plus a local breakfast on the terrace. Super friendly people. A perfect base for Pompeii, Herculaneum, and Vesuvius. The road to get there is very narrow; one‑way traffic could solve the odd traffic issues, but once you get used to it, it’s manageable.

Very clean, with staff who are friendly and attentive. Good value for money. Breakfast includes sfogliatelle that you can enjoy on the room terrace! Getting to the place is a bit inconvenient because it’s on a narrow two‑way street.

The owners take great care to make you feel comfortable, the rooms are clean, the terrace offers a view of Vesuvius, and the large courtyard has plenty of parking.
