How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The only thing that might be worth mentioning is the location. The entire property feels like a mud bath, it’s filthy, and the management didn’t accommodate us at all. After I complained, the manager issued a full refund.

The floor in the room was sticky, the comforter had a hole, the fridge was dirty, and the bathroom was infested with roaches.

Bad. Bad

Nothing good to highlight. We couldn’t get a refund to use elsewhere, so we were stuck. The hotel didn’t give us adjacent rooms; the rooms were disgusting, with mold in the tub cracks, stained carpet, and extremely hard beds. Breakfast was non‑existent—just two cereal dispensers and coffee, and only one cereal bin was ever refilled. The check‑in staff seemed indifferent and refused to give us rooms next to each other, even though an email promised it. The exterior looked nice, but inside it was a nasty little place.

The staff were very nice and the bed was comfortable. The bathtub was incredibly dirty.
