How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
Convenient location, nothing else. The bathroom was outside, no drinking water, dim lighting—had to lower voices. Only one small double bed, a tiny bedside table, and two pieces of luggage and a backpack had to be placed on the floor, so I couldn't relax.

A quiet spot with privacy at the airport for a few hours of sleep. The only downside was that there was no signage at the airport pointing to Sleepover.

Finding the hotel was a bit tricky, but the directions were very clear, even though we had to take the train to concourse A after landing at concourse C. The bed was good, which we needed. The place was clean and met our expectations. Staff were nice and helpful. The downside was that there were no toilets inside, so we had to use the public toilets next to the premises. It wasn’t very soundproof, so we could hear everything even while inside the cabin.

I paid about USD 240 for an 8‑hour stay, only to find the bedsheets dirty, smelly, and stained. For that price, I would expect clean, fresh bedsheets for every guest. This is completely unacceptable for the amount paid.
