“Hôtel parfait qui rend le voyage vraiment plus beau!”
The hotel is a fantastic blend of luxury and tranquility, with an incredibly welcoming staff, maximum comfort in the rooms, impeccable cleanliness, perfect for couples craving peace, the view is breathtaking and the service makes us feel extremely privileged!
“Súper +++”
The staff were super nice, but there was too little light in the room for reading.
The restaurant staff were good, but the breakfast needs a review: it was too greasy, the dishes on my menu were poorly executed, the buffet felt quite cheap, which is a shame because that’s exactly what makes people hesitant to book the restaurant for dinner; the alley had holes, and my bedsheets were torn.
“Kleine Oase!”
The staff were very friendly and helpful, though their English could use improvement, which caused some misunderstandings; the rooms and overall design are flawless, a true oasis amid the volcanic landscape; we had already spoken with the owner about possibly not tolerating the supplied filtered water well, and when we used our own supermarket water it felt fine, though we rarely used the on‑site option—just a suspicion; we didn’t want to leave the hotel and saw little of the island; the food is very, very tasty and high‑quality but not exactly cheap; the breakfast menu could still be improved.
“Un établissement magnifique, mais …”
The architecture, décor, pool, breakfast, view, garden, mountain‑side room with the bathtub, dinner, and various sublime viewpoints are all excellent, yet the parasols were broken, there were stains on the floor in my room, and the towel rack was broken.
