Breakfast was not included in the price, but the location was well known and good. There was a broken bulb in the nightstand lamp, a dented fridge, a cracked window, gray towels, dirt, urine under the toilet seat cover, shampoos from the previous tenant, dust and untidiness everywhere, and it was never cleaned even once in five days.

Check‑in and check‑out were smooth. The location was ideal for us, with the tram right outside the front door—7 minutes to the ferry to Pillnitz and 20 minutes to Dresden Old Town. Dusting would help (and I’m absolutely fine with cleanliness). The tram outside the house is both a curse and a blessing; as a land‑lizard, I would recommend earplugs whenever the window is open.

The beds and cleanliness were disappointing.

The view from the terrace, the nearby tram stop, and the connection to the city center are great, and there’s a parking spot. The street noise was high; it was hard to sleep at night with the window open. We couldn’t find a fan in the room.

Good location, close to the train station. The room and bathroom were pleasant, and there were extra spots to sit in the hallway. The parking was cozy and free. There was no air conditioning in the room, and although the window did a good job of muffling noise, it faced a busy road.
