The staff were exceptionally pleasant and helpful, but the sheets had a somewhat sour smell.

Staff were very professional and courteous, the location was close to my event but not to restaurants, shopping or amusements. The room was not clean, there was debris in the elevator, no hot water or working phone, holes in the wall, the fridge was not working properly and froze everything. Happy hour was limited to wine or beer paid for in cash or charged to the room instead of advertised cocktails.
