The lady who worked as a maid was very kind, but she seemed completely under the influence of the owner. In truth, this was undoubtedly the most atypical and worst experience we’ve ever had at an accommodation. From the start we were met with rigidity and inflexibility that were completely disproportionate. My Spanish colleagues missed their flight, and to meet the imposed rule that check‑in was only between 15:00 and 19:00, I deliberately arrived before 19:00 with photographs of my colleagues’ ID documents. Still, we were denied any possibility of checking in without the physical documents and no attempt was made to find a reasonable solution. Even worse, we were categorically denied the possibility for any colleague to stay overnight, forcing us to book another place and waste that money because the owner was inflexible. On top of that, from Sunday to Monday we politely requested a change of sheets on one of the beds, and the response was simply no, with no alternative or solution, implying that such a basic need could incur an extra charge. Finally, we found a centipede in the double room, a situation that can be proven with photographs and naturally raises doubts about the hygiene and maintenance of the property. It was an extremely negative experience marked by a lack of common sense, flexibility, and concern for the guest. After all this, we cannot recommend this accommodation.

établissement très bien pour se reposer je remercie les propriétaires et son personnel pour gentillesse séjour du 14 09 au 18 septembre. la cuisine et le salon les extérieurs étaient très bien emménagé
