This place is a total scam, don't even think about booking here. They took my money and didn't deliver on anything. It's a complete waste of time and money.

Nothing we didn't sleep there at all. The location was misleading; it says Richards Bay but it’s actually in Eskhawini. We want our money back.

We were really looking forward to staying in Richards Bay, but what we got was a location that's actually in Eskhawini. It's misleading and we're not happy about it. We didn't even sleep there, so it's not like we got any value out of the experience.

The place was double booked and I was left stranded. I had to raise money to pay for other accommodation that cost more than twice what I originally paid. My money hasn’t been refunded despite phone promises from the staff. I couldn’t get personal contact or reach the facility. I’m very disappointed and saddened by the treatment and won’t recommend this place. Please help me get my refund 🙏 😭
