Patio Farms by Saltstayz

The pool was the only redeeming feature; the rooms were unclean, dusty, with no towels or water left in them, and we spent the first 1.5 hrs cleaning up. There was no food service, and they discouraged ordering from the resort, preferring we order via Zonato. The property sits right on the highway, and trucks rattled by all night, shaking the room like an earthquake. Overall, it wasn’t worth the money and I definitely would not recommend it.

“Super fantastic”

The chefs, especially Akshay Lohia, cooked amazing meals, and the team’s attitude and help were outstanding. Nothing else to mention.

“Terrible!”

The stay was uncomfortable, mainly because the price was high and the service was awful. We booked two rooms and were the only guests, yet the property offered nothing. No food was available; we asked for maggi but they had none. We ended up ordering everything from Swiggy, but the gatekeeper complained about late orders. When we requested tea in the morning, there was no milk. We had to shout to get staff to respond, as they were nowhere to be found. The property manager kept demanding advance payment, and after we paid, he left the hotel and was unreachable the next day when we tried to call.

“Relax Stay”

We had a great time at Patio Farm by Saltstayz. The location in Gurgaon was convenient, with easy access to shopping areas and restaurants. The swimming pool was a refreshing way to relax after a day of exploring the city

Our stay at Patio Farm by Saltstayz was wonderful. The ambiance of the property was peaceful and relaxing. The delicious North Indian, tandoori & Chinese cuisines served at the dining area were a highlight of our stay
