“I spent alot more money with other places because your schedule wouldn allow you to receive that rev”
The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel was clean. However, the decor felt old and out of place for a hotel at this price. We stay there every October for a Martial Arts Summit and have enjoyed it so far. This trip was to see the Dodgers and Phillies play their series on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. We were farther from the facility but are very familiar with the hotel and surrounding area, so we chose to stay again, showing a bit of loyalty. The accommodations are just a bit dated, and we struggled to fit breakfast into our schedule. The bar and restaurant hours were inconvenient; they were closed more often than open. As a guest, if you pay for amenities like the bar and restaurant, make them more accessible. The long gaps between breakfast ending and lunch beginning, plus another break between lunch and dinner, and then closing relatively early during the week, left too much downtime. I was turned away more often than I was served.
None here. The only downside was that it didn’t have free breakfast.
Staff were friendly and the room was roomy. The hotel’s policy on kids breakfast was a bit annoying, and the AC kept humming.
“Okay”
Very clean. The setup was odd—you actually enter the hotel from the back of the building.
The location was great, the room was spacious, and the staff were helpful. The only downside was the policy on kids breakfast and the AC made a lot of noise.
