The rooms were generally tidy and clean, yet check‑in was slow with just one staff member who spoke so quickly that we had to ask for details later. The towels were old, with holes and thin enough to see through. The floor tiles near the door were slippery; my wife slipped at 1:00 am and I had to lift her. The concierge handled the complaints well, but the front desk seemed more concerned about the torn towel than the overall tired look of the hotel, which clearly needs an upgrade. There were cracked tiles in the lift areas, and the price feels like a 3‑4 star hotel, not a 5‑star.
