The staff were supportive, but the rooms facing the road were noisy; perhaps sound‑proofing windows would improve comfort, especially at night.

I was in Delhi with a friend for the Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon. After checking in and relaxing, we decided to step out to buy bananas for our early‑morning pre‑run snack. The area was incredibly crowded, and despite looking for them, we came back empty‑handed. I asked the reception if they could give us two bananas, thinking it was reasonable since hotels usually have basic fruits. A staff member told me to order online or check with the restaurant. At the restaurant I was charged ₹100 for three bananas! I paid and returned because I didn’t want to argue over something so small. It’s a minor thing, but such gestures say a lot about a hotel’s hospitality. The hotel does offer complimentary sweets after lunch and dinner, but when a guest asks for two simple bananas before a marathon, there’s no courtesy to help. It’s not about the money; it’s about the gesture, thoughtfulness, and the experience you create for your guest. Rooms are decent.

The restaurant staff were sincere and professional, but the food portions were small.
