A large, spacious room, good mattresses, cleanliness! The breakfasts were monotonous.

Location clean and modern, excellent swimming area. There’s nowhere to get refreshments around the pool; if you wanted a drink you had to go to reception at the front desk and ask someone to bring you a drink, which was very inconvenient. Occasionally someone walked around the pool and asked if you wanted something to drink, but very rarely.

We stayed from 20 to 27 September 2026 and felt completely at ease. The room matched the photos exactly, was spotless, cleaned daily, and the curtains blocked morning light entirely. The location is practical: 15 minutes on foot to the sea, about 17 minutes to the ancient city, with many bus stops nearby. In just 5 minutes you reach Migros, A-101, Carrefour, Bim, and various bazaars, yet the area remains quiet. We slept with the windows open every night and heard nothing but mosquitoes, which is normal in Side. The staff were friendly and unobtrusive, and the owner was very kind and responsive to requests. The hotel opened last year, so everything feels fresh and modern. Rooms are spacious, and the large pool is comfortably warm. There is a private beach with a free shuttle that runs in the morning (the beach is about 15 minutes by car and not reachable on foot) and returns at night; we didn’t use it because we preferred the nearby public beach. Breakfast is offered; the selection isn’t huge but sufficient and tasty, with daily rotating hot items like toast, pancakes, or omelette. As a frequent business traveler who tests many hotel categories, I can say this place pleasantly surprised me. The only small suggestion for more comfort: please provide a clothesline in rooms with a French balcony so we can dry clothes in the bathroom instead of hanging them on the balcony rail, which the wind keeps blowing down.

This small hotel sits in a good spot and has a nice little pool. The staff are friendly and the place is very clean. There’s also a bar area for coffee and drinks. Breakfast is very basic; they could add fruit and yogurt, though the price of the stay is very reasonable.
