The room was comfortable and spacious, with everything you need, and the reception staff were really nice. My only gripe is that the room could have been cleaner.

The room was a real highlight - spacious, with a big comfy bed and pillows, a good shower, and huge window views. Breakfast was also great. That said, I was a bit gutted the hotel wasn't closer to West Park, since I ended up spending most of my free time there.
