How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
My stay at this hotel was a disaster from start to finish. The room was plagued by a lack of hot water, a broken tap, and a cockroach infestation. To make matters worse, the breakfast was non-existent, and the overall cleanliness of the room was questionable. I was thoroughly unimpressed, and I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

I was delighted with my spacious room and the beautiful view from the window. The hotel's manager and a few other staff members were particularly welcoming and courteous. However, some younger staff members could benefit from being more friendly and approachable in the breakfast area and at the entrance. Additionally, I was disturbed by the noise from construction work outside the hotel, and I wasn't informed that my room wouldn't be cleaned if I didn't leave my key at the reception.

I was initially excited to stay at this hotel, but my enthusiasm was short-lived. The room was spacious, but the amenities were lacking, and the staff seemed more interested in nickel-and-diming me than providing good customer service. The water was chargeable after just two small bottles, and they even had the audacity to charge me for a dental kit. The bed was uncomfortable, and the check-in time was too late. I was disappointed, to say the least.

My stay at this hotel was a shocking experience, to say the least. The room was filthy, with dirt on the floor, disposed-of trash under the bed, and stains on the table. The air conditioning was old and dirty, and there was no handwash available in the washroom. The overall maintenance of the room was subpar, and I was appalled by the lack of attention to detail. The management needs to take responsibility for the state of the hotel, especially considering the hefty price tag.

I'm still trying to process the absolute nightmare I experienced at this hotel. The room was infested with cockroaches, and no matter how many times I reported the issue, the staff seemed completely unbothered. To make matters worse, the service was abysmal, with long wait times for even the simplest requests, like a toilet paper roll. The breakfast was a joke, and I ended up skipping it altogether after the first day.
