The location is good, but the hostel is in a very bad state—some parts are severely deteriorated.

The view from room 3 on the third floor was great, but the pool was never available; they said it would be ready on the second day, but it never was.
The area was quiet and the atmosphere very relaxing, but if you don’t have a car you have to walk a bit to reach the beach; it’s not a major issue, just something to keep in mind.
