Check‑in was easy and the location was great; the bed was very comfortable, the couch was soft but very deep and needed pillows behind you to be comfortable, something Shaquille O'Neal would love. The couch above wasn’t horrible, but it also needed pillows, and noises from other rooms seeped in a bit—nothing loud, just present.

The hotel was beautiful and clean, but breakfast was basic yet still good, and I would have preferred the rooms to be colder than 69 °F.

The hotel’s proximity to Disney parks was great and the restaurants were awesome, but the beds were very firm and an outdoor light shone directly into our room, so we had to use hangers to keep the curtains closed.
