Clean and spacious, everything was perfect. The buffet breakfast was also delicious! No complaints.

The pool was large. Nearby there are plenty of shopping and dining options. No reading lamps/light over the beds – no windows, only closed glass, no possibility to open the windows. The pool edge in the bathroom has mold spots in places. The toilet flush doesn’t always work. The room is noisy.

I noticed the building felt a bit dated, but the room itself was decent. There was no hotel pool, only a public one that you could use. When I tried to pay with my MasterCard, the system initially rejected it and I had to persuade the staff to resolve the issue before I could settle the bill. The TV in the room was broken and there was no Wi‑Fi available.

This hotel is a real gem in Hanoi, offering incredible value for the price. The staff are absolutely fantastic, especially Phu'ong, who went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. What really stood out for me was the European breakfast options - it was a nice touch to have some familiar dishes on the menu. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with the hotel's service and amenities.
