The staff were great and it was so quiet. We were above the entertainment area when Tom Robinson performed and heard nothing. The car park is a bit steep.
The ambience is nice, staff are polite and friendly, rooms are clean, and the bar and restaurant are good. The hotel is dog‑friendly. Nothing else to complain about.

The staff were really friendly, but the bathroom floor got really wet after we showered because the water wasn’t draining properly.
The steak pie was excellent. There wasn’t enough steak pie.

Very convenient hotel, parking is easy and located outside, beds are comfortable and rooms are very clean. The room lock felt a bit unreliable; I had to pull the door tight and lock it several times.
