“Vesna”
Everything was outstanding: the accommodation, cleanliness, facilities, food, and especially the genuine friendliness and professionalism of the entire staff. The whole family enjoyed a holiday, and I warmly recommend it to everyone.
The hotel staff were simply wonderful and welcoming, from the reception to Natasha who kept checking if we needed anything, to the cleaners and everyone else. On the roof (floor 4) there is a nice jacuzzi. The hotel is relatively small, with very few parking spots for guests, so every evening we found ourselves circling the area looking for a spot. The pool is tiny and basic but still pleasant overall.

The staff’s incredible courtesy made a strong impression. Even though I was at the end of the season and everyone seemed tired and nervous, the guests didn’t notice—actually, it was the opposite. The team was excellent, clean, and the breakfast was varied and fresh. The lunch restaurant was also a great choice. Again, waiter number 1 even served us a poured beer and a glass of wine. The facilities, room cleaning, everything was at the highest level. Worth a visit. Parking was lacking, but the staff immediately tried to compensate upon arrival.
