The hotel was simply perfect and absolutely beautiful. The staff were unusually friendly and always ready to lend a hand. I’d recommend it without a second thought.

Booking went off without a hitch and even our dog was accepted without any trouble, which was a nice surprise. When we arrived, a decorative iron gate opened straight into the on‑site garage and the host upgraded us to the Hubertus Suite—a tiny apartment with two bathrooms and its own terrace—so we felt pretty spoiled.

The place would have been fine if water hadn’t started dripping from the ceiling onto the bed; after that we were moved to a different suite, which helped salvage the night.

Nothing to complain about—everything was spot on. The lady at the front desk, Christine, was exceptionally kind and helpful, and the location couldn’t be more convenient. Thanks again, Christine!
