“Bom custo benefício. Vale a pena para quem quer só dormir enquanto tem evento no excel por exemplo.”

The room was small but had the necessary facilities for one person, a comfortable bed, and a shower that worked well, so I thought it was worth the price, even though it wasn’t luxurious and had little space, it met my expectations.

“Disgraceful - cancelling on morning due to stay causing many issues for me and trying to find somewhere else - it was my”

I never got to see the place because they cancelled my booking on the morning I was due to stay and told me to contact them to find out why, yet the hotel just kept saying the room was not available anymore, so they lied to me about why they cancelled my booking.

“Abysmal. The host claimed that our booking had been cancelled the day before this was absolutely not true as I had heard”

I wouldn’t know what it looked like because the host cancelled on us last minute and left us stranded in the middle of London, and the host denied us entry and refused to give us a refund even though we didn’t stay there.

“Arnaque et publicité mendongère”

Nothing positive, it’s a real scam, false advertising; I thought I had booked the presidential suite with spa, but instead I got a small room with a very small bathroom and no cold water, making it impossible to shower.

The price was brilliant for what I needed—sleep, wash, etc.—but first I slept in a single bed for a very long time.
