Apparently fully equipped and brand new. We enjoyed the sound of the waves to fall asleep. Nothing else.

A friendly welcome greeted us at a brand‑new, cozy holiday home built from volcanic stone, nicely furnished and situated amid vineyards between stone walls, with a courtyard parking spot – we’d have liked to stay longer.

The place was brand new, super fresh, and stocked with everything you could imagine and more. A lovely little terrace and a cool pool within walking distance offered views of the sea, vineyards, and Mount Pico, and the peace and quiet were worth escaping the town. The host was very helpful, super nice, and even met us at the ferry. The downside is that you’re heavily reliant on a car; the village has only one restaurant and otherwise little to do. A great spot for wine in the nearby village of Cocharro, but it’s a walk away. If you have a car, I’d 100% recommend this place!

The location was stunning, in a small riverside village with the mountain visible in the distance. The host left cheese, bread, and coffee for us. The down pillows were very flat and body soap wasn’t supplied.

A very beautiful spot with sea view; the check‑in was friendly and communication was hassle‑free. A covered terrace would have been nice.
