The location was fabulous, but the room faced the main road, the window wouldn’t close, and it was opposite a wine bar, making it extremely loud. The hot tap ran constantly; when we mentioned it to the manager, he said it was a known issue and that it needed fixing.

I loved the quirky, comfy room, but it was a shock to discover a spiral staircase leading up to our accommodation.
