The location was excellent and the facilities were modern and well kept, yet the humidity typical of Charleston in August caused condensation around the bathroom fan and some rust‑colored water pooled on the floor.

The hotel was clean and the staff super friendly; the private beach had a scheduled shuttle, and they supplied beach chairs, towels, and water, but it was far from other attractions besides the beach and pool.

Pool and convenience to Kiawah was great. Could be more luxurious for the location. Somewhere between where they are now and the surrounding 5 stars would be ideal
