The location is fine. The room always smelled bad, even after I asked the staff for shower gel and they refused to give it to me at reception or to the cleaning crew. They even told me the shampoo was the same as the shower gel I was supposed to use. Anyway, the next day they didn't provide anything, so I practically couldn't shower properly.

The hotel is in a ski area, I stayed there in the summer so it was relatively empty. It’s in a nice area and the staff are very friendly! Everything feels a bit dated, but when you consider the value for money you can’t really complain.

We stayed during the August lunar eclipse. The area is stunningly scenic and relatively uncrowded. The rooms are very spacious, as are the bathrooms. Breakfast and dinner were good. The garden with the pool is very convenient. The beds under the windows… fortunately the large room allowed us to move them as we liked. The on‑site bar closes early in the evening and there are no venues in the village (at least in summer).

The location is great, no need to wander around Brañavieja. There’s plenty of parking space. The hotel is a bit old, but the price‑to‑quality ratio is very good (at least in low season, summer, which is when we stayed). The beds were comfortable and the rooms spacious. Breakfast was very complete with a lot of variety. The cork floor is amazing, but it looks a bit worn in places like the bathroom. It’s raised in some spots and has stains that haven’t been removed, giving a dirty feel. A small renovation would help.
