The hotel is clean and functional. It has a restaurant that covers the basics for meals if you don’t want to travel. The room is good, though not large. It has good air conditioning, a functional bathroom, and TV. The staff are good and helpful. There is no elevator, and the location, while in a nice neighborhood, is not close to the tourist attractions of São Luis.

The room is good and large, the bathroom is good, and everything was clean. The bed is great. Breakfast is good. The whole building feels like a huge greenhouse; after leaving the room’s air conditioning, it’s hard to stay anywhere else in the hotel. We also didn’t like the location. You have to walk the equivalent of about seven blocks in the sun to reach the beach.

Gostei muito do hotel ser novo e aconchegante. A equipe é sempre muito prestativa e disposta a ajudar, o café é gostoso. A acústica do quarto 201 é horrível pois fica acima da cozinha onde as pessoas trabalham 24 horas por dia, é necessário uma vedação para a acústicas da janelas do quarto
