“Did not stay, paid for nothing”
Nothing positive. I paid for a room that never appeared, the phone went unanswered, emails were ignored, and the intercom was broken—do not recommend.

Nothing to say. The booking was cancelled upon arrival, and the whole process felt highly unprofessional.

I was really let down 😞. We only needed a one‑night stay after flying in from Johannesburg, but when we arrived the place was eerily quiet—no one seemed to be there. We rang the bell and tried calling the host, but it went straight to voicemail. After ten minutes a guy arrived and claimed he had no idea about our booking; no one had informed him, and the host was apparently traveling outside South Africa. We had to find another spot and I’m still waiting for a refund.

The place had no breakfast, which was a let‑down. If they could add breakfast and offer a larger room for families—like a four‑person room—that would be great.

The room was clean, quiet, and safe, but the stove didn’t work. For a two‑night stay, it would have been nice to have two sets of towels.
