“We had a very pleasant night here. It was cleaner than some $400/night hotels I’ve stayed in.”

I didn’t use the breakfast offering. The only issue was that our room didn’t have washcloths, but we managed fine without them for one night.

“Convenience of hotel to St. Michael's is wonderful”

I liked some of the recent improvements—the building was painted and the carpet was new—but the furniture layout in the room was not ideal.

“Very low quality of stay for money paid.”

The room looked newly renovated and the bathroom was spotless, and the front desk helped with missing room paper items when I asked. However, the floors were dirty and not vacuumed throughout; wrappers and a plastic spoon lay on the floor by the beds, a smudge was on the wall, and previous guests had left clothes and items in the drawers. The toilet paper and Kleenex supplies ran out and I had to get new ones, and a stain was visible on the pillow.

The room was clean with a decent breakfast selection and a convenient location, but a few furniture handles were broken, a mirror in the corner was cracked, and the basin bowl was also cracked.
