“Ottima accoglienza, bella camera”
The location was great, but on the higher floors the windows wouldn’t open and the smoke smell in our room was quite annoying.

The location: several metros nearby. The beds are small (120 cm for 2), the bathroom also. Breakfast has to be taken outside the establishment, which is not convenient.

Central location. The walls of the room were soaked with smoke smell and the air conditioner was broken and made a loud noise.

The room was a smokers’ room, which my partner liked because we had trouble finding smoking areas around Tokyo. The location was great, and the hotel offered good services like a washer, dryer, and late check‑out for a fee. The bed was awful; for two days I woke up unable to move because of a neck and back strain. The bathroom was dirty, with ugly white marks on the shower wall.

The staff were friendly, but the rooms were small and some of the appliances were old.
