“Океан ПРЕКРАСЕН!!!”

My wife and I stayed on the first floor. The room was very small—almost all of it was taken up by the bed. The same room had a refrigerator (quietly working), a table, and a coat rack, but no wardrobe to hang clothes. There were no chairs because there was nowhere to put them. No TV. The air conditioner worked but was loud. The internet was good. The kitchenette had a single-burner gas stove, a minimal set of dishes (one pan, one small pot, and a ladle), and no hot water in the kitchen. The bathroom had a shower with hot water, but the sink had no hot water. There were many ants in the bathroom. The villa’s grounds were not fenced and were open to passersby and stray dogs. On the terrace in front of the room you could have breakfast, but it felt like sitting on a road. We didn’t feel the seclusion and nature that other reviews mentioned. A car was always parked in front of us with a view of the road. The hosts were friendly, living in a nearby house, and arranged a great transfer for us; they also offered good currency exchange rates. The ocean is a 10‑minute walk away. Thanks to the hosts for their hospitality.

I was impressed by how quickly the family arranged mosquito nets when I insisted, keeping us protected from the hungry insects. On the downside, the ground floor felt quite dark and the mosquitoes were still lurking, and the room was cramped even for two suitcases, making us feel squeezed.

My wife and I stayed on the first floor and we really liked it. The hosts were very friendly and lived next door. A young woman, beautiful and kind, treated us to fruit and always smiled charmingly; her parents were also warm and sincere. We felt at home, the house was clean, everything worked, hot water was available, and we had our own terrace to enjoy breakfast outdoors while admiring nature. Every request was handled quickly, money was exchanged, and they even ordered items for us, a bike, and a tuk‑tuk. The scenery was incredible, monkeys leapt through the trees overhead, which was amusing. The ocean was a 5‑10 minute walk away, the town was clean, and dining in restaurants was inexpensive. The location was excellent, everything was within walking distance—markets, transport, ocean, and sights. We left for other places but really wanted to return because we fell in love with this place. We highly recommend this villa and thank the hosts for their hospitality.

The garden had beautiful plants, but the room itself was very small. The large bed occupied almost the entire space, natural light was scarce, and there were many ants. It was also far from the beach.
