“Pleasant”
The place was clean and the staff were friendly. I only wish they served bacon at breakfast; the sausage and ham were good though.

Service was outstanding—from the shuttle drivers to the front desk staff, everyone was very helpful.

I liked the free breakfast. It was extremely difficult getting someone to clean the room. I had to go to the front desk 4 times, 3 days to get someone to clean my room. i was very disappointed.

It’s fair, but I was charged an extra booking fee for incidentals that the hotel never refunded, which is wrong practice.
