How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
I was annoyed that the only time they asked for our ID was after we had already arrived, and they never told us beforehand whether we’d need a parking slot for a car or motorcycle, so we had to wait for one. The concierge staff didn’t help much either, and the place wasn’t very clean.

I liked that the property was part of a condominium community, which made me feel safe, but the building itself looked new yet poorly maintained. There were dead and live cockroaches under the sink, rubbish under the sofa bed, the linens smelled bad and weren’t washed or changed, and dirty curtains were hidden in the closet.

The host was friendly and showed us a shop in the center. However, the place was in a terrible state of disrepair, extremely dirty, and the advertised pool was actually off‑limits except for three days a week with an extra fee. We booked a week but left after the first day for a clean hotel with a usable pool. The bed was uncomfortable, and although the ad claimed three beds, one was a sofa bed and another was just a mattress left on the floor.
