The setting is great, surrounded by nature and near the lake, with excellent value for money. The bed was comfortable, and a good mosquito net was especially important. Note that the toilets are dry toilets, there are many small bugs (it’s a jungle), and you’ll need a scooter because there’s nothing around.

Delphi and her family are wonderful hosts. The compost toilets sometimes lacked rice husks or soap for handwashing.

We loved the stay and the facilities. Delfa was a super host and a very good cook! Everything was great.

Everything was very good; Delfa was kind and attentive. The hostel is in the green, right in nature, with a fantastic view. The equipment is simple but nice and natural—rooms and beds are all made of bamboo. It was lovely, and the best part was that during our visit the resident dog family had four incredibly cute puppies. Just beautiful! The accommodation is quite remote, but it’s easy to reach by motorcycle. The food you can buy there was unfortunately pretty expensive.
