The location is fantastic, but the bathroom is the only drawback for me—it’s not very spacious yet still functional, and there’s no elevator in the building.

clean room and with extra / free toiletries. 1. No wall-mounted hooks or towel holders are provided in CR. 2. no cabinet or chair, we put all our things in the floor 3. I requested a next door room for my children, but we are far with each other. 4. Breakfast is good, worth the price

The staff were friendly. I was booked on the 4th floor with no elevator, and the staff didn't help me with my heavy luggage, plus the TV remote had weak batteries.

There's no elevator—you have to walk up and down the stairs. Get a brain and install an elevator.
