Before booking, you’re not told that check‑in is only until 19:00 and that late arrivals incur a fee; the key pickup spot is 7 km away, you need a car, and the staff are not very friendly. The place isn’t new or as clean as the photos, and noise travels from room to room. Breakfast arrives in a paper bag more than 30 minutes late.

The cleaning lady was very friendly and the office guy was also nice, yet the facilities were dirty—both patios, the kitchen, the hallways—plus the room smelled overwhelmingly damp and like roach‑killing chemical, something like "azotal," which was horrible. The headboard was broken, the fridge doors were dirty, the white doors were stained, and the mold‑stained wardrobe was unbearable. We almost left because of the strong chemical odor and dampness in the room.
