The location was fine and the style was generally modern, but the room’s cleanliness and parking options left something to be desired.

Overall concept is good. It is OK for the hotel entrance door opening mechanism to break down. It happens. It is absurd to send an automated email to explain how to open that door - it does not work. Not for me. Not for anybody during my three days stay. Not possible to reach anybody through the hotline neither. So why not have an interim receptionist sit there until the door opening is fixed? Is that so difficult? Also, when the breakfast time ist 7 am or 8.15 am I would expect to be served - especially when being on a tight schedule - and not 15 min later. I like the hotel and there are easy fixes - not sure if there is the sense of urgency?!
