I stopped there before heading into the Gotthard Tunnel so I could get through it early the next morning. In the evenings you can still grab a bite without searching far. The hotel sits at the end of the village, yet you can still take a nice walk through the village. It also seems to be a popular overnight spot for bikers.

The view was lovely, and it was convenient to park right there. The food wasn’t extraordinary but it was fine. They accommodated my gluten‑free requirement and even had bread ready for breakfast. The bed slept wonderfully. The bathroom was small but tidy. It’s a bit pricey, but I think that’s normal for that area.

sehr freundliche Gastgeberin, sie hatte uns für Samstag morgen, da wir gegen 5Uhr zu einer Radveranstaltung sind, sehr liebevoll Frühstück eingepackt und Kaffee vorbereitet. Wir waren begeistert. es war alles Bestens
