Propreté, l'ensemble du personnel à l'exception du personnel visé plus bas. Bruyant. 12/10, 10h00. Le personnel chargé du nettoyage du petit déjeuner en fin de matinée désagréable et impoli. Ce comportement désagréable vis-à-vis d'un client courtois poli pose question. Vigilance au management. Cet échange a été ma dernière interaction avant de quitter l'hôtel, je reste donc sur une très mauvaise impression
