There were other guests in nearby rooms that we weren’t told about, so we were worried about making noise and having fun as a group. We apologize to the occupants of those rooms; we were unaware of them before arrival.

The staff were cool, and the place was clean. Near the bathrooms there was no bath soup, no lights, no glasses for drinks, and no tea set.

We didn’t get breakfast at all, and the bathroom was missing soup, shampoo, and body lotion; the room had no tea or coffee, and the TV was a nightmare to use.
