I've stayed at the Hilton in Ogden about once a year for the last 12 years. The rooms are great, the staff is friendly and welcoming, and the pool and jacuzzi are lovely. Everything is within walking distance, which is convenient. They changed a few things: the breakfast buffet is gone and now it's a la carte, and you can no longer smoke on the outdoor terrace.

Everything was excellent; my family and I felt very comfortable and the food was really good. I bought tickets because breakfast was advertised as included, but when we went downstairs we had to pay for everything. Snacks and other meals were all up‑charged and much more expensive than at other hotels or stores.

The downtown Ogden location is great—walking distance to the historic centre, plenty of restaurants and services nearby. The staff were brilliant. We couldn’t get to the car park from reception and had to carry our suitcases down the public street to the hotel’s private parking.
