“Hostel type feel”
It was budget‑friendly, but the location left something to be desired.
“Amazing experience”
The room overlooked the Ganga, was the right size, and we had everything we needed. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. I’d definitely recommend it, and the Bunny Café nearby is fantastic with delicious food and great chai or coffee. The only note for visitors is to bring mobile data; the streets near the ghats are narrow and easy to lose your way. Still, the staff at Om Rest House and local residents were always super helpful and friendly, so it wasn’t an issue.

Close to the Ghatt, but the facilities could use a cleaner and better upkeep. I’ve been to Varanasi before, and the price feels too steep.
