How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
Excellent service despite the guests’ inconveniences and dissatisfaction; the owner provided a quick solution. The fact that the bathroom was shared and not specified in the hotel description, especially given the nightly price, made me expect a private bathroom, but I still want to highlight the great service that moved us to another room.

The service was good and the location is very central, close to the embassy and shopping centres, safe for walking, exploring and getting to know the area. I didn’t like that the room had a shared bathroom, it wasn’t mentioned when I booked, so I switched to a private bathroom room. The noise in the building was loud, which made it hard to rest and that was unpleasant.

The location is in a safe area, the room is spacious, the bed is huge and very comfortable, even the pillow is comfortable, the room is clean, there’s a nice wardrobe to store clothes, and the room is very bright. Breakfast had a small portion and no fruit, the second day the quantity was even less, the toast bread was a half slice per person. In the bathroom the drain didn’t always work as it should, leaving floating debris that stayed there for a long time.

The service was attentive.

The place was very quiet for sleeping and very clean, but the shared bathroom was a surprise, otherwise everything was fine.
