Quiet, good kitchen facilities, comfortable and clean. Toilet seat wouldn’t stay up due to location under the sink

The place was neat, tidy, quiet and only a 10‑minute walk to the Town Centre, plus it’s close to the Football Club. The parking was the only issue; without the Per Day Parking Pass you have to move your car every 2 hours.

We liked how close it was to our workplace. The first day we arrived the room was very dirty and never cleaned, except for the bedspread. Despite telling them multiple times, the heating never turned on until the last 3 or 4 days of our 11‑day stay. The hot water supply was inadequate; when someone took a bath the hot water ran out in all rooms. These problems could be fixed, so the business could improve.
