Facilities had everything we needed for a clean and comfortable stay. There was no sign on the front door indicating we were in the right place, and no instructions on how to find or enter our room because no one was in the lobby. I had to call the booking number for directions, perhaps because we arrived earlier than check‑in. I came off the ferry early to drop off our bags, so a check‑in instruction sent the day before would have been very helpful.

The bed was very comfortable, though there wasn’t enough bedding. The pool was lovely. There was no restaurant, no onsite service, and no reception staff.

The place is tucked into nature and looks like it could be great once the new owners finish their renovations. Our room had nice beds, but the bathroom still needed work and you could see it. It’s in a forest, so a few ants were unavoidable, but the price feels steep for the current state. Still, we liked the location, the beds were comfy, and the tennis courts were a nice bonus.

The BBQ was a highlight, but the overall cleanliness left a lot to be desired. Bugs were in the room, and there were smokers in adjacent rooms that made the air less pleasant.
