“Best hotel in area need few improvements”

In a prime spot, the staff—especially those at restaurants, the bar, and the pool—are really great, but there were minor details like ventilation problems in the suites and an AC issue in the double‑bed room that need fixing; when a guest wanted to move to another room, the staff explained that all rooms had the same issue instead of offering a change, which is a management and technical shortfall for an otherwise nice hotel that could be the best in the area at a budget price after a few stays this month.

Everyone from the general manager to security and the wait staff were unbelievably friendly and attentive; the pool area was very clean and peaceful, and you could order cold beer—refreshing after a long day of travel.

The property itself was excellent and offered a peaceful environment, which I truly appreciated. However, I was somewhat disappointed by the state of the bathroom, particularly the dirty floor. Despite this, the positives of the property shone through, making it a good choice.

My stay was marked by several positives, including clean rooms, a satisfying breakfast, and great value for money, all set in a conveniently located hotel. However, the experience was somewhat marred by a plumbing issue in the bathroom, where water leaked onto the floor during showers. This maintenance issue should have been addressed prior to my arrival.
