The apartment is well‑equipped in a quiet neighbourhood. There is no laundry for the machine, so you have to buy a large bottle to do a single wash. There is no salt, vinegar, oil, and only one roll of toilet paper is available for two days.

The apartment was large and spotless, with excellent air‑conditioning that kept it cool during the hot summer. It was conveniently close to the train station and the host was very welcoming, even leaving cold drinks in the fridge. The bathroom was also large and clean, but the spa bath with a handheld shower had a hard‑to‑set water temperature that could be either boiling hot or cold, and my husband received an electric shock while showering. We called the owners right away and they arrived promptly, knowing the issue immediately. They insisted that no water should splash onto the floor, which is impossible without a screen and with a handheld shower. The toilet was not user‑friendly because toilet paper had to be thrown in the bin instead of flushed, a rule we only encountered in Sicily. There was no room service during our stay, so the bins were never emptied.
