The room itself was cute and came with a fridge and a coffee machine, which is handy. The area is quite noisy, so you can’t sleep with the window open. The bed had a noticeable dip in the middle, indicating heavy use. The staff were friendly, responded quickly, and helped us get a second set of linens, but they couldn’t fix the mattress. Overall it was an okay experience; the room is very close to cool attractions and there’s a community kitchen that’s nice.

The spot is spot on—just a 10‑minute stroll to the Colosseum, and the street is lined with bars and eateries so you can skip the main centre if you wish. The rooms were roomy and spotless, and the staff replied quickly to any questions, so I’d definitely recommend staying here.

The location is absolutely fantastic, right next to the Colosseum. You can walk straight to a grocery shop and a restaurant, making it a superb choice.

The location was great, only a 5‑7 minute leisurely walk to the Colosseum, which was incredibly convenient. The staff were very professional, explaining everything in detail and giving all the necessary information. The room was clean and comfortable, and its placement was very close to the centre. We paid less than 100 € for one night, which was an amazing deal for such apartments. Parking was found nearby, costing 50 € per day at Parking Labicana. There are some quirks with parking in central Italy. We had to leave the keys with the parking attendants, but everything went smoothly. We liked everything. Thank you!
