“فريق Cairo Homes Al Manial أجمل من المكان”
I stayed 4 nights in room 5, the biggest room in the group, and the staff—Mr. Ahmed Shaaban, Mohamed, Mustafa, and Mahmoud—were all very good. The location was amazing, the furniture matched the pictures, and the balcony was a real masterpiece. The team, led by Mr. Ahmed Shaaban, turned negatives into positives, which made me continue the rest of my stay despite some areas that could be improved. 1‑ The door of the room is right next to the reception desk; I recommend changing it so that the room is inside the corridor with other rooms to give guests and staff privacy. 2‑ The noise from the adjacent restaurant and café was excessive, even after dawn; I suggest installing external aluminum screens and providing daily earplugs. 3‑ Cleaning on request costs extra; this should be clarified in the description. 4‑ The elevator is very classic but works. 5‑ Noise at night from cleaning and staff conversations; it would help to reschedule cleaning and keep conversations quiet after 10 pm. 6‑ A deposit box is necessary for more confidence and peace of mind. 7‑ Sewage odors were handled seriously by the team and are now a thing of the past; continuous treatment is essential for future stays at Cairo Homes Al Manial.
“Could be improved with better communication for guests .”
Good spot to get out and about . This is my feedback: paid for a room as per the picture and got one night in that and then got moved after being harassed to change rooms . Telling me you don’t have a spare key is a safety issue for your guests and not particularly reassuring. After moving to a new room you then messaged me about moving again which I said I would do the following morning as I was out only for someone to knock on my door at 0230 am whilst I was asleep. This was not appreciated as I was clear I would move again in the morning. In the morning no one to move my stuff and then when I message I am told I am not moving with no explanation. On my initial check in I had no towels and after my room was cleaned and no towels provided and I asked the guy at the reception and still no towels. In both rooms issue with the power point and kettle not working in Room 2 . Overall I am a very flexible traveller however my experience here could have been far better so when I do my rating on Booking Com I will be including this feedback just so you can improve your service as I run a business myself and at present there is room for improvement for your guests
“اقامه جميلة وتمنيت اني مطول بس الظروف وان شاء الله القادم افضل بهذا المكان لاني ماشبعت من الاستمتاع به”
The place was clean, especially thanks to Ahmed’s handling, and the view of the Nile and the pleasant atmosphere made us feel lucky and relieved from humidity.
“إقامة مريحة ممتعة”
The location is beautiful with a direct view of the Nile, close to all services, and the staff—especially Mr. Ahmed and Mr. Mohammed—are cooperative, friendly and understanding; I’ll definitely stay with them again. I just need to book early, God willing.
“جميل لمن يبحث عن سعر متوسط و يشوف النيل”
The location is great with a nice view, but it’s just a place to sleep and the reception staff are helpful. The area is noisy and lively.
